Hello - nice to meet you! I have personally experienced the excitement and challenges of buying, selling, and renovating homes over the last 15 years. Let me put my experiences to work for you.

I love to learn and have 2 degrees: a marketing degree from Grand Valley State University and an MBA in finance from Oakland University. I thrive in a chaotic work environment and quickly create order, which is helpful when you're looking at 80 houses online and then seeing 30+ in person and need to keep it all organized. 

 

I'm creative and analytical - a great combination for a realtor! My creative side helps to envision what a house could be within moments of walking through the front door. Not a fan of the hunter green carpet, pink and black tiled bath, or wood panel walls? Neither am I. Let me help you see past the green, pink and black and envision newly refinished floors stained any color you choose, freshly painted walls, and a new bathroom layout. Having hands on experience with renovations, I can help you see what's possible and connect you with talented contractors too. 

 

Real estate is my childhood dream realized. In 5th grade I moved and made a new best friend, Sarah. We both had great imaginations and played office together. I was real estate mogul Danielle Wellingston. I carried a heavy maroon briefcase, the Detroit News real estate section, and used my grandmother's non-working metal desktop rotary phone to pretend call all my eager clientele.

-I can play almost any musical instrument

-At 17, I ran an entire cafe as a chef

-I'm an expert-level parallel parker

-Favorite color = cobalt blue

-I bought my Jeep for the Harman Kardon sound system

-My go-to Bravo Housewife's are RHONY

I have 3 furry loves in my home: a Husky mix, a black lab who is a career changed leader dog, and an orange kitten.
